Dan is our brilliant Head Chef and he writes the menus, which change every 6 weeks, with the input of his team of chefs. He uses the best seasonal, local produce where possible and has developed several CDP's up to senior chef positions within the company. We're looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie, to join the team.

Sous Chef
Who are we looking for? Ideally we are looking for a current Sous Chef who is looking to join a more premium offering or an awesome Junior Sous Chef at the top of their game. High volume & fresh food experience is a must and most importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.
