Our aim is to develop home grown GM’s as we grow our business. The purpose of this role is to spend time learning from our experienced & fabulous General Managers and Operations Manager; all the intricacies of the business and create relationships with integral people in the organisation so that when the next GM role presents itself you are ready to take on the challenge.

Sous Chef
Who are we looking for? Ideally we are looking for a current Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, ready for their first Sous Chef role and who is looking to join a bigger operation; high volume & fresh food experience is a must and importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.
